Biography

Born in Mexico as Alfredo Calderoni, he writes and works under the acronym that defines his work: Aliner Dachbrey. Greatly influenced by British-Celtic thought, one of his greatest passions is to bring to life – within organizations – the philosophy of LORD W.

Having founded and successfully managed six companies to date, Aliner is a certified international management coach, consultant, writer, college instructor and lecturer. He is rapidly establishing an international reputation as a specialist in the Leadership and Development of Organizational Cultures.

His deepest studies – in which he continually submerges himself to sustain his work – are in entrepreneurial development, philosophy, human development, psychology, organizational development, sociology and alchemy.

After coaching various political personalities and closely collaborating with governmental organizations, he is convinced that the only way Mexico can evolve and leave behind its historical entropy is through its companies, its organizations.

“Companies look very much like an alchemical oven,” says Aliner, “There, better than anywhere else, you can start purifying group conscience until a new Culture is born, one that transforms individuals and projects them far and wide into better levels of life.”

One of the greatest strengths Aliner brings to the companies he works with is his executive vision, expertise and precision in the process of transformation.

Our clients (so far numbering more than 100) are from the manufacturing, metal-mechanic, automotive, transportation, food, construction, agricultural, and tourism industries, as well as commercial, agricultural and sports chains. Our clients also include hospitals, universities, foundations, government and governmental agencies.

The people Al has worked with define him as a man who “knows how to read you and helps you to free your talent in very creative and powerful ways. He is someone who opens horizons you never considered before – or that you weren’t even aware of – and inspires you to reach for higher ideals.

What differentiates Aliner from the great majority of consultants and coaches is that he has been an entrepreneur and team leader since he was 21 years old – in other words, he knows precisely what it demands and what life as an executive is like. All his expertise is practical, and comes from direct contact – since 1991 – with thousands of people from different industries.

In Aliner’s words, he is in constant search of “Leaders with the courage to defy the status quo and to embark on a journey towards constructing companies that are profoundly humane, highly profitable, and set an example for all of Mexico.” That is why as an international coach he works with executives, inspiring impeccable and far-reaching decisions that make a strong impact on the lives of many people.

Currently, Aliner runs his own coaching and consulting firm. He is the president of “La Serpiente que Vuela” (The Flying Serpent), a business foundation for the development of Mexico, and the Founding Director and Coordinator of “Fundación Querétaro, Estado de Valores” (Queretaro Foundation, a State of Values). Aliner is currently writing his first two books.

He lives in the city of Santiago de Queretaro, Mexico.
